Group Agreement

I.                    All group members must focus only on the task at hand.

II.                 All group members must be on time for meetings and class.  If not attending a meeting or a class all other group members must be notified in advance of the meeting or class.

III.               During meetings all group members must: be prepared, speak up and contribute ideas, listen to other members attentively, adhere to the planned agenda, and efficiently complete all work planned for each group meeting.

IV.              Each member should treat all other members with respect, divide work fairly, follow the duties that are assigned, discuss conflicts, and work for compromise.

V.                 It is each members duty to: keep good documentation, so that ideas can be expanded on, keep in touch with other members through email and other means, email to everyone in the group, not just one individual, keep all computer files concerning this project on an ftp server and backed up on a zip disk, turn in all journals, share all ideas, and purchase only when everyone in the group agrees.

VI.              All 4 group members must be in agreement over any decision made concerning this project.  If there is a dispute, it must be debated until a compromise can be made.

VII.            Robot changes can only be made with consent of the group.

VIII.         This document will remain open for amendment, but only by an unanimous agreement.
